Musicians of Tomorrow is a private music lessons studio based in Edina, Minnesota that holds a special niche in the market. We offer guitar, piano, voice, bass, ukulele, violin, and drum lessons. Musicians of Tomorrow offers a variety of different musical opportunities such as recitals, rock bands, and so much more. We pride ourselves on providing top notch support to the individuals we serve and maintaining effective communication with our students and their families.

Our Instructors
Sophie
Violin and Piano
Sophie has been playing the violin for almost 15 years, but she initially began her musical journey in piano lessons when she was 6 years old. As well as playing in an orchestra throughout high school and into college, Sophie has performed in multiple theatre pit orchestras, weddings, nursing homes, religious services, held section leader positions. She is always excited to share her knowledge and musical passion with other violinists or aspiring violinists.
Dev
Guitar, Bass, and Drums
Dev has been a gigging guitarist since the actual 90's - rocking stages everywhere from NYC to LA. Also an award-winning game developer and sound designer, he fronts the Twin Cities original instrumental band Tinynormous, runs the YouTube channel 6 Tuning Pegs, & develops guitar instruction apps. A former college professor & high school teacher, Dev brings a genuine love for the instrument in equal measure to his passion for life long learning.
Meet the Owner
Hi! My name is Ian and I am the founder of Musicians of Tomorrow. After earning a degree in Music and Business Entrepreneurship from Concordia College, Moorhead and teaching music in various capacities. I have always had a passion for teaching music, but another passion of mine is building community and creating positive change. Musicians of Tomorrow is the embodiment of those passions aligning. I have loved watching as we have continued to grow, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. We are looking forward to getting to know you!
