Trial Lessons:
All new students receive a free trial lesson with Musicians of Tomorrow. This ensures that both the student and the teacher feel they will be a good fit before any financial commitments are made.
My Music Staff:
Musicians of Tomorrow handles all billing and scheduling through mymusicstaff.com
New students and families automatically have an account created for them.
Payment Information:
Families are invoiced on the 1st of every month. This invoice charges for the amount of lessons that the student has scheduled for the coming month. Families are able to pay their invoices directly through a payment link attached to their invoices or they can set up automatic payments by entering their payment information directly into My Music Staff.
Invoices are due by the 14th of every month after which Musicians of Tomorrow will assess a flat late fee of $20.
Lesson Absences:
Students are granted one excused absence every 60 days. If a student has had an excused absence in the last 60 days, a second excused absence will not be assessed under any circumstances.
An absence is excused so long as the family alerts Musicians of Tomorrow more than 48 hours before the lesson in question OR if the absence is for major sickness or a family emergency.
Studio Policies
Excused absences will be credited toward the next invoice. All other absences are non-refundable.
Musicians of Tomorrow does not have a student absence make up lesson policy. Students and instructors are welcome to agree on a make up lesson time, but instructors are not required to offer make up lessons.
Teacher Cancellations:
If a teacher cancels a lesson, they are responsible for coordinating a make up lesson. If a student does not show up for their make up lesson, that lesson will not be made up.
Weather Policies:
Lessons missed or cancelled due to weather cannot be made up. Musicians of Tomorrow will close when District 273 (Edina) is closed due to snow and ice. Musicians of Tomorrow will remain open even if District 273 closes due to extreme cold. Musicians of Tomorrow remains open in all other weather conditions. Please refer to the Edina School District 273 website to see if there are school closings due to snow and ice.
